1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified by email if your order is affected.
2. Shipping Origin
All Cat Woof orders are fulfilled and shipped from our suppliers based in China via CJDropshipping or DSers/AliExpress. Please factor this into your expected delivery timeframe.
3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website or our order tracking page.
Please allow up to 5–7 business days after dispatch for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
5. International Shipping & Customs
Cat Woof ships to customers worldwide. All orders are fulfilled from suppliers in China. When ordering from outside Australia, your package will cross international borders and may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes (including VAT or GST), and other government-imposed charges upon arrival in your country. These fees are entirely separate from your order total and shipping cost paid at checkout.
⚠️ Important: Import Duties & Taxes Are the Buyer's Responsibility
Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other government-imposed fees charged upon or after delivery are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Cat Woof does not collect, pre-pay, or have any liability for these charges. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for all import-related costs applicable in your country.
Will my order be charged duties?
Whether your order attracts duties depends on your country's import thresholds and the declared value of your parcel. As a general guide:
- United States: Orders under USD $800 are generally duty-free under the de minimis threshold.
- United Kingdom: Orders over GBP £135 may attract import VAT and duties.
- European Union: All orders from outside the EU are subject to VAT. Orders over EUR €150 may also attract customs duties.
- Canada: Orders over CAD $20 may be subject to duties and GST/HST.
- New Zealand: Orders over NZD $1,000 may attract GST and duties.
- Other countries: Thresholds and rates vary. We strongly recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing an order.
What happens if my parcel is held at customs?
If your parcel is held at customs, the carrier or your local postal service will usually contact you with instructions on how to pay any applicable fees. Failure to pay or respond within the required timeframe may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed by customs. Cat Woof is not responsible for parcels refused or destroyed due to non-payment of customs charges.
Country-specific restrictions: Some products may be restricted or prohibited from import in certain countries. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the items ordered are permitted for import into their country.
We are unable to mark international shipments as "gifts" or falsely declare their value to avoid customs duties. This is illegal and we will not do so under any circumstances.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
We take care to ensure your order is packaged securely. If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at sales@catwoof.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Please note that once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier and tracking shows it has left our supplier's facility, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to certain countries or territories due to carrier restrictions, international sanctions, or customs limitations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will advise on alternatives.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. Cat Woof is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order is placed cannot be guaranteed.
