6. Orders & Cancellations
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order — we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, and will provide a full refund in such cases.
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at sales@catwoof.com if you wish to cancel.
7. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from China via our supply chain partners. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Import Duties & Taxes Disclaimer: For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other government-imposed fees upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Cat Woof does not collect, pre-pay, or accept liability for any import-related costs in the buyer's country. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.
